Here is an overview of the services we offer which can be
adapted to suit your particular relocation needs:
Client Profile
A comprehensive evaluation is conducted to determine
the client’s requirements.
Housing Search
We take the hassle out of house hunting by providing you a
shortlist of pre-screened and suitable properties.
A pre-move property shortlist can be arranged.
Pre-move Orientation
We offer a comprehensive range of services to support you
before you relocate:
Housing search
School visits
Immigration services
A personalized welcome pack, containing reference guides,
maps and area specific information
Education Assistance
We also advise and assist with the selection of kindergartens,
pre-schools and schools, which includes arranging appointments
and registration.
Residence Permits
For employees and their families who are not EU nationals, we can
take care of the application for an MVV (authorization for short stay –
temporary work permit) before moving to The Netherlands.
Upon arrival in The Netherlands, an appointment will be made to go to
the Immigration and Naturalization Services (IND) to apply for a Residence
Permit.
Registration Services
When you and your family have permanently moved to The Netherlands,
we can assist you with the registration process for the following:
Registration with your municipality
Driver’s license
Obtaining a fiscal tax number (BSN- or sofinumber)
Banking and Insurance
We can advise and assist with opening a bank account and taking out
the necessary insurance(s).
Utilities and Communications
Advise and assistance can be given with regard to setting up gas, electricity
and water and TV/radio, telephone and internet connections.

Post Relocation Support
For a period of up to 3 months after you move to The Netherlands,
Graywolf Relocation will be available to answer questions or assist with
problems that you may have.
